At MotoCreated Graphix, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and protective for both the customer and our business.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will work with you to repair, replace, or reprint the item when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Custom and personalized graphics
• Semi-custom and full custom design products
• Items produced based on customer-approved proofs or order details
• Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

We are not responsible for:

• Errors approved by the customer during the proofing process
• Improper installation or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Color variations due to screen or material differences

Exchanges & Refunds

• Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically only when a replacement is not feasible
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MotoCreated Graphix is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund in these cases.
