Shipping Information

We offer shipping within the United States and may offer international shipping on select products. Shipping availability and options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

If international shipping is available for your order, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order size and weight
• Shipping destination
• Selected shipping method

All shipping fees are displayed prior to completing your purchase.

Order Processing & Production Time

All products are made to order. Production begins after payment is received and all required order details, files, and approvals (if applicable) are submitted.

Production Time (Estimates)

• Pre-Made / Semi-Custom Kits: 3–5 business days
• Full Custom Designs: 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and revisions

Production times are not guaranteed and may be extended due to order volume, material availability, missing information, requested changes, or delayed customer responses.

Delivery Times

Shipping time is separate from production time and is determined by the carrier and service selected at checkout. Expedited shipping affects shipping speed only, not production time unless a rush service is purchased.

Once shipped and tracking is provided, MotoCreated Graphix is not responsible for shipping-related delays, including carrier delays, weather, customs, lost or stolen packages, or service interruptions. Carrier delivery dates are estimates only.Returns, Exchanges & Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of most products:

• All custom and personalized items are final sale
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• MotoCreated Graphix is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported promptly
